The main component of zinc bacitracin premix is Zinc bacitracin, content is 10%. Bacitracin is composed by a variety of amino acid, containning 10 kinds of polypeptide and A is main component. And add Zn+ to generate complex.

[Description]

Yellowish-brown powder or granular, characteristic odor, hygroscopic.

[Pharmacology]

The active part of this product is bacitracin, which can suppress the synthesis of bad bactrias' cell wall and has the function of killing bacterium. Moreover, Zn+ can enhance antibacterial activity and combine with bacitracin, the stability of this product increases. Other features are as follows:

1. Antibiotic activation: Product resists G+ mainly and the antibiotic spectrum is similar to penicillin. Using with anti-G-medicine has the synergistic effect.

2. Safety: Small mice take orally LD₅₀ >12.5g/kg, big mice take orally LD₅₀ >10g/kg. Piglets used several times of routine dosage 4 weeks, we didn't see bad reaction. The safety of this product is high.

3. Drug-resistant: This product will not make the animal have the drug-resistant, and it is not able to bear cross tolerance with other medicines.

4. The medicine residue: This product absorbs hardly by taking orally, so no medicines to residual. And according to regulations, there is not a demand of stopping medicines.

5. Metabolize: This product is decomposed and lost mostly alive in alimentary canal, as the excrement and urine is discharged. A few products are degraded naturally in the compost. The crops so not absorb this products. So this product does not pollute the environment.
